FOR PROMOTERS, PRODUCERS & BIG IDEAS
Bring the crowd.
Make it Old Coast.
A touring act. A festival weekend. A market worth travelling for. Picture your next event on the main lawn at Old Coast Road Brewery.
Let’s talk about your eventYOUR NEXT DESTINATION EVENT
Big lawn.
Bigger possibilities.
Give people a reason to take the Old Coast Road. Our Myalup brewery brings open space, a country setting and food and drinks into the same conversation.
We’re inviting touring companies, promoters and event organisers to explore what the main lawn could become. From a single show to a full weekend, bring us your idea and let’s work through the details together.
THINK BEYOND THE EVERYDAY
A day made for browsing.
Markets, makers, food festivals and community events that bring people together.
Make an entrance.
Car shows, club gatherings, exhibitions and brand experiences with a little more breathing room.
FROM FIRST IDEA TO SITE VISIT
Let’s talk
production.
Tell us the audience, the format and the footprint. We’ll discuss dates, a site visit and what your event would need to work here.
- The shape of your dayAttendance, ticketing, show times and multi-day plans.
- What comes with the showStage, sound, power, suppliers, vehicle access and setup time.
- The whole experienceFood and drinks, amenities, accessibility, crowd management and weather plans.
Event capacity, inclusions, access, approvals and operational arrangements are confirmed for each proposal. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date.
